Drunken laziness

Today has all been about recovering and being lazy for me.

my night out last night was truly bizarre after meeting up with some already semi drunk friends we all hit the pub, after couple of pints down my neck it was picture time and emma had brought her camera with her so me being me turned into the nights photographer.

Heres just one of the pics i took, i’m not a professional photographer but i do like the light in this pic 🙂
Then after the pub closed we hit a club we had planned on going to (after the stop at McDonald’s for the drunken cheeseburger) and raved it up to various techno, electro and dubstep tunes all the while getting progressively more and more drunk.
My memory start getting a bit fuzzy after this but i do know we  ended up getting a taxi to some random guys flat that essjay met. we sat around and chatted to his flat mates for a little while and drinking more beers, by this point we were all VERY drunk by this time it was about 4:30 in the morning and we all needed sleep so me and Alex crashed om the sofa but only for about an hour…

me alex and essjay all jumped into a taxi after getting home at passing out on my bed with out even taking my shoes off and sleeping until 2pm i woke up with the worse hangover i’ve had in a while so my 1st order of business was to acquire my hangover cure : Co-Codamol, energy drink and Doritos.

So all i’ve done today is eat doritos drink energy drink and watch online TV so far I’ve watch the newest episodes of Big Bang Theory and about 4 hours of family guy 😀

Thats been my day i may not have done anything which most people might think is a waste but its something i’ve realized i REALLY  needed and for me its been class.

Future Destruction

Ok so today wasn’t great either 😦 work was shit as usual full of moaning bitchy people who cant grasp no problems can be solved instantly just by calling someone…
These people can’t understand why it is necessary to allow companies TIME to resolve an issue that is out of their control.

However it did allow me to see a couple of people from my old training group who i hadn’t seen in a while so that was about the only good thing about that….

since coming home i have changed my theme about 50 times until I finaly found one that works so YEY  NEW BACKGROUND AND HEADER 😛

I’ve also been speaking to my good friend Ross talking about everything we always talk about: Bands, music, lyrics, rocking, being generally awesome mixed in with total random stuff like coat racks and 45 year old rockers.
He told me he was on wordpress as well which is cool (link to his profile HERE)  he uses it to help promote his artwork and stuff check it out 🙂
He also mentioned an idea to me that i was quite taking with and I’ve decided i might run with until he finishes university, its gonna be a project we gonna run together and see how it goes probably give info about that after we had time to talk about it abit more so look for that 🙂

Also a story i literally JUST heard on sky news about a prophecy by a psychic called John Le Sainte (who was apparently visited by the spirit of the famous psychic Nostradamus and given the powers to predict the future) saying that the Colosseum would be destroyed in a earthquake today (may 11th 2011 )

“Ancient Colosseum meets a violent end,
As it lived in Roman times of yore.
Three strong tremblers will send,
Arches and stones upon the ground shall pour.”

Although no earthquake did hit Rome today there has been a VERY bad earthquake in Lorca Spain which has destroyed many many old buildings, i always find the destruction of old buildings quite sad as i find myself thinking about how long a building has been there and what sort of things it has survived and also think that its a shame as most old buildings are usually designed beautifully and its the loss of that beauty and history that makes me sad 😦

ANYWAYS moving away from old architecture what i was getting at was could the earthquake be the start of the 3 “strong trembles” mentioned…..Probably not but just though it was quite coincidental  and it gave me something to talk about.

Update and the 80’s

Ok so i know the whole “do a blog everyday” thing hasn’t quite worked but in my defense i’ve either been to tired, unable to get onto my computer or drunk but  apologies to my ONE reader 😛

Anyways this is everything that happened to me since my last update:

Saturday :  after work i met up with my mate Emma and we proceeded to having a very stylish night out chilling out in various bar sipping (expensive) cocktails before getting KFC and heading back to mine to chill out

Sunday :  i had the full day off work so i used the majority of it to catch up on some much desperately needed sleep and also getting to the gym with another friend called Alex, as i hadn’t been since i had hurt my shoulder so after about 2 hours of just Ab work (shoulder was still hurting) we headed off to the nerdyist place ever a LAN center i often go to called Cyber Games Zone

Its like the most social way to be anti-social i guess but its fun 😀

Monday :  Slept more, i don’t get alot anymore 😦 gym again but was able  to actually do bit more today as my shoulder wasn’t hurting as much so felt good about my self after that then me and Alex went to CGZ again as we often do after the gym but for so reason it was PACKED which it NEVER is so it was weird but we decided to just chill out in the pub instead and people watched for like an hour

OH yeah and my ticket for Download fest came as well 😀 which made me very happy i also got my tent as well so i’m sorted for the festival now i can’t wait only 31 days left not that i’m counting down or anything………..

Today has been boring as hell just working although the TV i was sitting next to was playing the best alternative anthems of the 80’s so got to listen to Talking heads, The Cure, Joy division, The Smiths and various other awesome 80’s band all day not the biggest fan of J.D or The Smith’s but still enjoyed having something different.  i did relies something while i was watching the videos, the majority of people on 80’s music video’s are ugly as hell but have amazing dress sense 😛

Well thats it for me today really  i’m off to try and do that sleep thing most people do  [0_O]

Nothing…

I literally have NOTHING to talk about tonight I’ve been searching the news for something that interests me to talk about all day at work today but alas nothing really fascinated me so hence nowt to talk about.

I didnt vote if anyone actually cares about this whole A.V thing I’m still very confused about the whole thing probably why i didn’t vote because i don’t really care about this..

since i got home after the LONGEST day at work EVAAARRR all I’ve done is eat, drink and watch Bleach episodes on youtube (i’m up to episode 177 🙂 )

sorry about the lack of content hopefully something will happen tomorrow to give me something to talk about.

Oh yeah Mell Noir has sent up a new charity blog named He got game  (named after the awesome public enemy tune) click HERE to veiw it, its still in development but i got a good feeling about it 🙂

Riches and charity

Today has been pretty cool work went quite fast which is always a plus 🙂 then met  Mel in town for a little bit where she was kinda enough to buy me a coffee and a cheese burger (WIN) then we wandered around town taking pics for her Flickr account which was really cool.

During our wonder we talked about quite a lot of random things  that most likely don’t make sense to anyone but us.
However we did get onto the topic of  lottery wins  and what we would do if we were MEGA rich i said the 1st thing i would do is buy a huge house and have a massive house party then buy myself a new bass guitar along with a new amp and totally gear myself up to rock out, then get myself a fitted Armarni suit 😛

We did both agree we would probably give quite a bit to various charities as well we both decided we would DEFF give to Help for Heroes the charity that helps ex soldiers because i cant think of anyone who deserves it more.
we also decided we would support S.O.P.H.I.E the charity set up in memory to Sophie Lancaster a girl who, along with her boyfriend, was savagely attacked by a group of scummy charvs who beat her to death for simply dressing goth.
As well as donating to these various charities i would also like to do a tour on a motorbike around areas of Africa and other impoverished countries and help UNICEF.

OH yeah and I’d buy a dinosaur….for real

Slow day

Well today’s been a hell of a slow day 😦 all ive done is work from like 8 am till 6 30pm which seriously couldnt have gone ANY slower.
Then decided to gym it after which sucked coz i’ve hurt my shoulder and there cant do the majority of the things i wanted to do.
All in all today has really increased my general world suck HOWEVER  Mel Noir did show me something which has increased the awesome………….

ADVENTURE TIME!!!!

This scared me at 1st but then i came to understand how fracking EPIC it actually is.
Its a show about Finn the human and his awesome magical  dog jake (who is voiced by the guy who does bender from futurama 😉 ) and they have these random adventures to save people or them selves. WARNING DO NOT WATCH WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LSD THIS WILL MELT YOUR BRAIN!!!

anyway moving away from LSD induced brain melting,  i have also started watchin the anime show Bleach again i watched it religiously for ages and it got really good and really really good then got REALY AWESOME and then…….. it goes to a filler series *sigh* im still watchin it but just because i want them to get back to the main story line.

I do really enjoy my anime and manga as i do like the art side of it and its also a good way of letting me watch cartoons with out feeling as childish as normal western cartoons would.
Speaking of silly western cartoons there is a disney film i am DYING to get. Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs

Yes its a kids film but i watched this once at work and was in tears laughing…and it didn’t even have sound THATS how awesome this film is. If you haven’t seen it you really should.

But i’m pretty much out of shizz to ramble on about for now, so until next time

Bye Bye Bin Laden

Prepare your self this is gonna be a long one (giggity) and also contains the worse fake “death” pic EVER… just letting you know… 

Much like EVERYONE else on the interweb im going to talk about the death of  Osama bin Laden (or Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden to give his full name) AKA the fucking nutter in charge of Al-Qaeda the extremist Jihad organisation.

American president Barack Obama gave a speech today saying that an operation by american forces in pakistan had been successful in killing bin laden after he had used one of his wives as a human shield.

According to the new reports his body was kept in custody of american armed forces until it was positively verified as being Bin Laden and was then given a full islamic funeral at sea so his grave could not become a shrine to other extremists nutters…………. HOWEVER i like many others i know aren’t really buying this for a few reasons

1. surely if american special forces KNEW where Bin laden was which they apparently had for a while surely they would have done EVERYTHING possible to take him alive (i.e take him while he sleeps) to try to get as much info about Al-Qaeda from him as possible.
but NO they attacked the place he was hiding (which wasn’t some cave or anything but a fancy ass villa) and had this shoot out with him and killed him.

2. The speed of which they found him, verified him and buried him.
They did all this with-in a day surely they would need to do a post-mortem and shizz as part of the report they would have to file explaining why they attacked the villa and to show the shooting was lawful wouldn’t they? if that HAS been done i haven’t heard of it.

3. the supposed picture that was taking showing bin laden dead…which is the most faked pic ever (this isn’t coming from a reliable source  just shown to me today)

As you can see by this pic the jaw/beard on BOTH is exactly the same except a lil darker on the right thats all, the wounds on his head don’t seem to be that of a gun fight either more like a burn or wounds from a explosion.  To me the wounds don’t even look real.

If he indeed HAS been killed then thank god cause the world isn’t the nicest place and can do with a few less people trying to make it worse for others.
however i HOPE people dont assume that just because he may be gone that this is going to affect any of these islamic extremists or jihadists for any reason because its not, if anything its most likely they planning summit in retaliation to this attack just to prove they still operational even with out this guy at the helm.

I did have other stuff  i wanted to talk about but this has went on for a while now. Never mind i guess i’ll talk bout other stuff tomorrow 🙂

Day 2 and Thor

Well i said i was hopefully going to post something everyday so this is day 2 wooo!!

today has been quite a  good day work was very quiet so much i got to read a few chapters of the book im reading called “quantum theory cannot hurt you” which got very confusing as it started talking about superposition’s of atoms causing them to be in two different places at once and about particles with spin that actually aren’t spining :S         Then i realized i read some crazy shit

but then i was off to the cinema with a few friends to see Thor staring the dashing Chris Hemsworth

There he is.

The film it self is good. Not quite what i hoped but still pleasing 🙂 starts with Thor’s banishment from asgard and being run over by natalie portman (lucky guy) then goes on to tell you why he was banished. as the movie develops however i didnt really feel Thor’s  character developed with it instead of embracing his new humanity and developing through that, it kind of seems he chills out for a while untill he gets his powers back instead of actually doing anything.
And according to  the love story side of things it turns out the only thing needed to pull natalie portman is doe-eyes with a bit of guyliner, rippling muscles and a lil bit of chivalry (if only it was that easy…)

All-in-all i did enjoy it especially the visual effects but as for the movie as a whole i probs rate it a C+ was good but could have been better

well i’m impressed with my self for writing this much hope this keeps up 😀

So here i am.

after chatting to Mrs Mel Noir i decided i would give this whole blog thing a bash and this is it. YEY!!

hopefully i’m going to be able to post something everyday.
